Precise control for the discharge of water

For the drainage of rainwater, mixed water and sewage – following modern management principles – throttle elements with vertical discharge characteristics are used, which create exact discharge limits independent of the damming height in basins, reservoirs, relief systems, sewage treatment plants and separators.

Fully equipped structures for combined and separated sewer systems

The HydroPass separation structure is a small rain overflow and is located in the combined sewer. It is equipped with a HydroSlide® drain regulator, emergency circulation, a spillway edge and a baffle. Depending on the requirements, it may make sense to install a height-adjustable overflow edge and/or a floating baffle.

The HydroPass channel separator is a small structure used to divide water volumes. Its field of application is in the (qualified) mixing system and qualified separation system. The design is based on the drains to be separated. The HydroPass channel separator consists of the HydroSlide® discharge controller, an overflow threshold and a baffle. If the discharge accuracy plays a minor role, the HydroLimiter®, a float-controlled gate valve, is used. If the retention of floating material plays a subordinate role, the baffle and the bottom threshold are usually omitted.
