Greywater is waste water that is only slightly polluted after showering, bathing or washing hands. It can be treated with simple means on site to operational water quality. The grey water is first collected and then biologically purified in a two-stage treatment process [Link Biofilter] and then cleaned from the remaining dirt particles with our MBR membrane filters.
This method is ideal for reducing the consumption of drinking water in buildings and thus contributing to environmental protection. In addition, the costs for water consumption are significantly reduced. In addition, the reuse of greywater, i.e. the repeated use of drinking water, produces less waste water, which results in further ecological and economic advantages and savings.
Our greywater plants are used in various public and municipal projects:
- waste water and stormwater treatment
- disaster protection
- on-board systems for cruise, navy and coast guard vessels as well as yachts and superyachts
- private households, especially with roof terrace water treatment systems
