Your plant project from one source
We believe that plant projects should be planned and implemented as a whole, not as a combination of isolated packages. Therefore, ABIONIK offers you the design, construction, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of plants from one source - worldwide, with references from different industries. This also includes the electrical design and manufacturing.
Your ABIONIK project manager ensures a delay-free project execution and is always at your disposal for an uncomplicated coordination and to clarify your individual requirements.
ABIONIK offers different systems for plant control: from control via industrial PC, programmable logic controller (PLC) to classical mechanical relay technology as well as combinations of these.
Plants of high complexity with a multitude of peripheral devices for sensors and actuators to be monitored place high demands on plant control and computing power. At ABIONIK, the control by industrial PC (on TIA portal programming level) is in the foreground. For the control systems, we cooperate with Siemens.
Sensor technology
With the increasing pressure to operate plants in an energy-efficient and cost-effective manner, an increasing number of process variables are measured, transmitted and controlled.
We offer our customers in the drinking water supply and wastewater treatment industry a wide range of metrological solutions for the optimal control of the respective plant - from individual measuring points to complete solutions. Depending on the application and type of plant, the following measured variables, among others, are involved:
