Waste water treatment in the following process steps:

• Dirty water is fed via a separation system, inlet pumping station with submersible motor pumps
• Screenings washing and round sand trap (by means of vertical fine screen)
• Membrane biology: Activation tank with two external filter chambers
• Filtrate is fed via filtrate pumps into the filtrate storage tank of the mixed water channel

Turnkey construction / new construction of the membrane wastewater treatment plant for the Berlin-Margaretenhöhe district as a compact plant in container design.

Wastewater treatment

The wastewater treatment plant consists of an inlet pumping station, a mechanical pre-treatment stage (fine screen rakes), an activation tank with denitrification stage, the filter chambers with ABIONIK membrane filters and a sludge storage tank. Filtrate pumps, aeration fans and the control system of the compact plant are installed in the internal machine room. An operating room for the operating personnel is also available.
